Stefanie and I both woke up to a very generous gift this morning. Each of us had a pound coin under our pillow courtesy of Elias who knew it was Chinese New Year and that they give money :)

The third dimension

Today Eli drew a Tie Fighter from the side. It just looked too 2 dimensional. I took a piece of paper and showed how it might look if it was flying right to left and slightly away from us. He loved it and added them to his drawing where you can see them chasing the two-dimensional X Wings (top left). A very exciting development for drawing and general Star Wars adoration.

Cav at Tour of Britain last year

About a month after Elias met Mark Cavendish in Paris we bumped into him again after his win at the Tour of Britain. At 1:46 Cav signs Atticus' program, Elias says "hi!" and Cav replies, all smiles, "How are you mate?"
