New Forest under water

End of last week in the New Forest. Lots of water.

This morn

On Monday Elias made a birthday card for his Grandpa and yesterday Elias received a bunch of Spiderman clothers from Mama Zulu.

So... this morning when he woke up (wearing the spiderman clothes) he said "look what Mama Zulu sent me. Because she knows I am SpiderBoy!".

And then, when we were done admiring Spiderman clothes he added, "I want to go to Grandpa's birthday today".

Cinema

We all went to the Barbican today. I went to see my friend Martin, who was helping me to deal with some images for a book we want to make for Elias. Stefanie and Elias went to the Family film club and saw Steamboat Bill Jnr, a silent movie accompanied by a pianist. Eli's first time in the cinema!

Happy New Year

Well Christmas did happen but I cannot access any photos since I have two dead laptops.

The Malpas family stayed with us for New Year in a misty London. We had huge Brio train tracks, lots of food and wintry walks.
